All roads lead to the South Road Properties on May 14-21, 2011 for a gathering of exciting sports and socials events for athletes and sports fans alike! Gear up for CEBU FEST 2011! Whether you’re a competitor, an avid fan or a spectator, there’s something for everyone at CEBU FEST 201.

Now on its 2nd year, CEBU FEST 2011 aims to bring in a crowd like no other in Cebu! Headed to be the next big thing after Sinulog, CEBU FEST is set to be an annual event for the sports enthusiasts not only in Cebu but across the Country and all over the world. Last May 2010, CEBU FEST hosted a diverse and exciting lineup of activities including sports events such as: Motocross, Drag Race, Flag Football, Softball and baseball matches, Rugby, Ultimate Fritzbee, Soccer, Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts and a sundown marathon. Social events such as nightly variety shows and concerts, night bazaars, food bazaars, an auto show and carnival were also among the line-up of activities.

Cebu was also proud to have made it the Guinness Book of World Records for the most number of rockets (fireworks) fired in one time at the finale of CEBU FEST 2010.

This year, with much fervor, CEBU FEST 2011 is geared up to be bigger and better! Apart from last year’s sports events, CEBU FEST 2011 is set to include water sports like: wakeboarding, kitesurfing, windsurfing, kayak racing and a jet ski competition. Additional sports events will also include: national airsoft mil sim competition, the 2nd Cebu disaster rescue off road challenge. We will also witness dancesport – barangay, taekwondo, beach volleyball and a rock climbing competition among others. There will continue to be a bazaar for the entire family, an auto show, a carnival, scheduled concerts and the grand fireworks that will take place within the week.

With all this in store, CEBU FEST 2011 is expected draw in an even bigger crowd of participants, contenders and spectators. This will clearly be Cebu’s ticket to a slice of the pie of Sports Tourism.

CEBU FEST will be a venue not only for athletes and sports fans, it will be a week-long affair with something in store for everyone. Whether you bask in the glory of a goal or enjoy simple bonding moments with family and friends, CEBU FEST 2011 will be the place to be.
